wire-wrapped opal earrings

Here are some beautiful earrings made of faceted, round blue opals. They are arranged in a "daisy" formation and hung from sterling silver ear wires on a 1 & 1/2" inch long wire. The flowers themselves are about 7/8" high and wide. Total length from ear wire: about 2 & 1/2".

The first picture shows the color of the opals against a solid background. The second picture shows the same earring hung in front of a window, reflecting the natural light. These earrings look absolutely gorgeous in the sun.
